Thank you for the opportunity to submit my proposal for your video project.

My primary client since 2006 has been George Fox Evangelical Seminary, but I have also done video projects for Teen Reach Adventure Camp, Royal Family Kids Camp, Innovative Ministries, Savior Ministries, Northwest Yearly Meeting of Friends Church, local Churches, businesses and individuals. From weddings to lectures and even small $35 email-able birthday music videos, I love doing it all.

Some clients want their project delivered on DVD, some want to stream it over their server in downloadable Quick Time or streaming Flash. I have harvested video clips from the internet, converted and loaded video for various devices, as well as uploaded content to Tangle, YouTube etc. I have also converted cassettes to CD.

Some of my favorite video projects have also come from shoe boxes of old pictures or the old 6 picture 35mm negatives. I usually scan at 2400 dpi, but I can go to 9600 if necessary.

In 2007 I was asked to show one of my Videos at the inauguration of Robin Baker, the 12th President of George Fox University.

My usual fee is $40 an hour and $25 an hour for non-profits, but I have yet to turn anyone away, especially if your project is unto the Lord.

The normal procedure for DVDs is you send me your media and pay me half of the charge for the project, either with an enclosed check or to Paypal. When I finish I will send your media and the DVD back to you. After you have reviewed your material to make sure you are happy with the finished product you mail me a check or use PayPal for the rest of the invoice plus whatever I paid in postage. If you are not happy you do not need to pay. This has yet to happen.

Most of my client Internet projects have come from links they send me. I harvest the link and send them a small emailable video (under 10 mb) or I upload it to their YouTube account. If they don't have a YouTube account I set them up with one. Payment is the same, half before I start and the remaining when completed.
